Massage

Massage in the workplace can improve concentration, relieve stress and aid better performance – providing a chance to reset the mind and energise fatigued muscles. 

Moaning Cow can offer you and your team a variety of bespoke massage packages, bringing our office to yours, mobile massage chairs and all.

Our service is fully flexible, allowing our clients to choose how to break up the therapist’s time. We offer 1 hour, 30 minute, 20 minute and 15 minute massages.

Our most popular treatment package is the 15 minute massage – great for large teams. We have multiple therapists so we are able to manage any size company.

Another option is to book a weekly or monthly visit so that every member of staff receives a massage throughout the course of a specified period of time.

Yoga stretches tight muscles, energises us when we have been sat down for long periods and helps to relieve pain and discomfort.

Emotional benefits 

Workplace yoga involves quiet contemplation, meditation and breathing techniques which helps to provide a break from the internal chatter that goes hand in hand with a stressful workload.

Practising yoga in groups can also be a unique way to form and maintain relationships within the workplace – holistically nourishing exercise as a shared experience can build comradery and help us to connect.

Our yoga classes are capped at 10 people as this guarantees every attendee is observed and assisted for correct postural alignment.

Classes are 30 minutes and 1 hour and it is recommended that they are offered weekly. However, it is entirely your choice – we can offer a one-off class, a weekly class for a set period of time or an ongoing service. We cater for any size team and multiple classes can run throughout a day.

If you do not have yoga mats, do not worry – we can suggest great stockists or for a small admin fee we can order them for you prior to your booking.
